Project cargo, planned route by route

Transformer relocations, prefabricated modules, wind turbine sections, oilfield equipment — moved on low-loaders and modular trailers with the route survey done long before the cargo leaves the yard.

Equipment on call

The trailers that move what regular fleets can't

For oversized and overweight cargo we mobilise specialist trailers from our own pool and partner network — selected against the weight, dimensions, axle load tolerance, and route conditions.

  • Low-bed semi-trailers (4-axle to 8-axle) for plant up to 120 t
  • Hydraulic modular trailers for distributed-load cargo to 300 t
  • Extendable flatbeds for wind blades and structural members
  • Self-propelled modular transporters (SPMT) via partner mobilisation
  • Crane spread coordination for end-to-end lift-and-shift jobs
How a project moves

From feasibility study to delivered position

Route survey

Bridge clearances, road widths, swept-path simulation, and overhead utility checks done by our project engineers before commercial commitment.

Permits & escort

JKR oversize permits, JPJ axle-load approval, and Polis DiRaja Malaysia escort coordination — lodged in the customer's name when required.

Mobilisation

Equipment positioning, dunnage and lashing engineered to BS EN 12195, and a method statement issued to all stakeholders.

Move & handover

Move under escort, with surveyor in attendance for high-value cargo, and a signed delivery certificate at the final position.

Projects we've already moved

A representative sample from the last 24 months — names withheld under standard non-disclosure terms.

  • Two 87-tonne transformers from Port Klang to a substation site in Pahang, including bridge-by-bridge load assessment along Route 8.
  • Sixteen 65 m wind turbine blades from Westport to a wind farm assembly area in Kedah, escorted in convoys of two during night-time windows.
  • Modular accommodation units (42 pieces, 24 t each) moved from Pulau Indah to a construction camp near Kerteh in 11 nights.
  • A 220-tonne press base shifted from a Penang foundry to a Tier-1 automotive plant in Bangi via SPMT, with road closure permits.
