Why teams pick Warplink

One control tower, every milestone visible

Most forwarders disappear once your cargo leaves the warehouse. We run a 24/7 control desk in Petaling Jaya that tracks every shipment in our network — and intervenes before delays compound. Customers get a single named coordinator from booking to proof of delivery.

  • Named operations lead per account, not a ticket queue
  • Live milestone push at gate-in, departure, customs, and delivery
  • In-house customs team — no third-party broker margin
  • Dedicated reefer and dry pool, not spot-market subcontractors
  • Bilingual documentation in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

How a booking moves

From quotation to proof of delivery in four steps

Brief & quotation

Share commodity, weight, and incoterm — receive a rate-confirmed quotation, including duty estimate, within four business hours.

Pickup & documentation

We collect cargo, raise the bill of lading or airway bill, and lodge customs declarations under your importer or exporter code.

Linehaul & clearance

Cargo moves on our scheduled lanes; our brokers clear at origin and destination, releasing on the same business day where possible.

Delivery & POD

Final-mile drop is recorded with timestamped photos and digital signature, posted into your shipper portal alongside the invoice.

In their words

Trusted by shippers across the region

Their customs team flagged a misclassified HS code on the second shipment and saved us a 7.5% duty hit going forward. That alone paid for the year.
Siew Ling TanSupply Chain Lead, Penang electronics OEM
When the Causeway was jammed last Hari Raya, Warplink rerouted three reefers via Tuas before any of our other forwarders had picked up the phone.
Rafiq AzizCold Chain Manager, Johor FMCG distributor
We moved seventeen modular skids from Klang to Vientiane and back — every leg landed on the day we asked for. Project managers hate surprises; Warplink doesn't deliver any.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked, plainly answered

Which states inside Peninsular Malaysia does Warplink cover for road freight?
Daily linehaul between Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Kuantan, Melaka, and Kota Bharu — extending to Singapore via the Second Link with same-day clearance scheduling. East Malaysia sailings to Kota Kinabalu and Kuching depart weekly out of Port Klang.
How fast can I expect a rate confirmation after sending shipment details?
Standard FCL and LCL quotations are returned within four business hours. Multi-leg or project cargo requests take up to two business days, including routing options, transit estimates, and a duty estimate where you supply the HS code.
Are you a licensed customs broker in Malaysia?
Yes. Warplink holds a Royal Malaysian Customs Department forwarding agent licence and submits declarations through the uCustoms portal for all import, export, transit, and bonded movements. We also operate as a registered ATA carnet handler for temporary admission.
Can I track my consignment in real time?
Every booking receives a Warplink reference and live milestone updates by email or SMS — pickup, gate-in, departure, customs release, and delivery. Long-haul road freight is supplemented by GPS waypoints viewable in your shipper portal.
What commodities do you handle, and what is restricted?
General merchandise, palletised retail goods, electronics, machinery, automotive parts, FMCG, and temperature-controlled food and pharmaceuticals. We do not move live animals, firearms, narcotics, or undeclared dual-use items. Hazmat is accepted on a case-by-case basis with valid SDS and DG declaration.
Do you operate temperature-controlled warehousing?
Our Shah Alam node offers chilled (2–8 °C) and ambient pick-and-pack zones across 14,000 m² of bonded floorspace, with HACCP-aligned handling for food and pharmaceutical cargo. Frozen storage at −18 °C is available through a contracted partner in Pulau Indah.
What payment terms and currencies do you accept?
Invoices are issued in MYR for domestic movements and in USD or SGD for international lanes on request. Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date for established accounts; first-time shippers settle on prepayment for the inaugural booking.
